Treat selecting one construction project-management platform as a workflow decision rather than a feature contest. Put the estimator, project manager, superintendent, client-service lead, and bookkeeper in the same review and trace a representative case through takeoff, bid, schedule, RFI, document revision, change order, site photo, invoice, and closeout. At every handoff, identify the system that creates the record, the person who can correct it, and the downstream tool that consumes it.
